By now you have traveled through the welcome and meet Colette pages gaining insight into who I am and how as a team we can work together to create the best holistic, educational and transformational journey for your body's needs.  Let's start putting some entries in your travel journal by outlining our path boundaries and getting clear on what you need to be full prepared to jump into our guided sessions.

Before you schedule your appointment let's agree on how we will journey together.

Eclectic Healing Guide's First Step:

Once you complete your booking form the scheduler will send you an email. You MUST take action and look over the email and CLICK on the CONFIRMATION LINK. If you do not TAKE ACTION you will not have an appointment and I will not know you attempted to schedule with me.

Colette's First Step:

If you have booked more than one hour prior to your appointemt I will be able to send you a welcome letter via email. This email will have reminders to make your first appointment go smoothly.

Your Steps After Scheduling:

Arrivals and Check-in:

If you are unable to download and fill out your health in-take form prior to your appointment please Make a note when you book. This way I can make arrangements to provide paper work to you when you arrive at your visit. If you will be filling out the paper work at my office please plan on arriving approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to go over your forms and develop your session plan ensuring that you receive every minute of your hands on time with me!

I always lock my door during sessions. Therefore, please do not arrive more than 10 mins early. If you have to arrive earlier, you can park right in front of the office and wait in your car.

Late Arrivals:

 While I will always do my very best to accommodate late arrivals, I may have to shorten your treatment times to be fair to those following your scheduled appointment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session payment.  Life happens and Portland traffic can be challenging so I will not consider you late unless you arrive more than 10 mins after your scheduled time.

 

Re-Scheduling Policy:

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients and myself the following policies will be honored:1.  24 hour advance notice is required when Re-Scheduling a set appointment. This allows the opportunity for     someone else to schedule an appointment!

  • How to give me 24 hour notice: By Texting or calling me at: 503-330-0656!
  • If you are going to Email your notice it must be sent 48 or more hours prior to your appointment time!!!
  • My number one priority is being fully present during everyone's massage so I don't check emails until I have a break.           Therefore, if you do not receive a response from me within 8 hours, I have not seen your email. Please Text or call me.
  • Also, I don't respond to emails on my days off (Sunday and Monday). So if you have a Tuesday Appointment YOU                 MUST call me by Monday 7PM.

2.  How to avoid being charged for not attending a scheduled appointment.

  • Re-Schedule within the week of your appointment that you are changing then no charges will be applied to your account.

          This is easy to do. You just need to click on the link in your confirmation email.

  • Give your appointment to a friend or family member. You can either use the link in your confirmation email to replace your information with your friends and have them come in for you. Or you can call me and provide that information to me and I will make the changes. This must happen at least 2 hours prior to the time you would arrive to the appointment.

3.  If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.

  • You will receive an invoice via email. This amount must be paid as soon as you receive it.
  • If you have a prepaid package the time will come off your package hours.
  • I am a reasonable person so true emergencies will not receive charges.

 No-shows:

This is something I hope we can avoid!!!!

 If you have simply forgotten,

  • I will call you at 10 mins after your appointment to see where you are. If I reach you and you can make it to some part of your appointment or we can re-book you, all will be fine.
  • However,  if you consciously choose to forgo your appointment for whatever reason, without notifying me, I will considered this a “no-show.”
  • You will be charged in full  for this “missed” appointment. You will receive an invoice to be paid as soon as you receive it!
  • Your package hours will be decrease by the amount of the missed time.
